Returns	Before retunring any item, you must obtain a Return Authorization Number by contacting American International Marketing by phone at: 1-503-297-1338 or by email at wayne@waynesworldofsavings.com. We will accept returns up to 30 days from delivery provided that the product is returned in its original unopened package and includes all original packing material, original manuals and any accessories that came with the item. We reserve the right to charge restocking fees if any of these materials are missing.Only unopened boxes or defective merchandise will be accepted for return.

Factory Serviced	Just what are "Factory Serviced" Tools and what makes them such a good purchase? Anytime a customer opens a product box the retailer cannot sell it as new and often ships it back to the manufacturer. If a customer decides they do not wish to keep a product for any reason (Their wife decides that they really don't need another tool, for example!), it is sent back to the manufacturer. Once at the manufacturer, the entire tool is completely gone through to assure it meets All Factory Specifications and is Quality Checked again. Factory Serviced tools have a very low return rate because they have been checked twice for quality. All of the original product warranties from the factory still apply. Good Quality for a Low Price.
